This project involves the creation of a new publicly owned marina on the Hudson River located at Second Street in Jersey City.  The marina will have some 350 slips to accommodate all boat sizes.  The wavescreen will have public access for fishing and enjoying the spectacular New York City skyline.  Redevelopment money for a marina?  Good idea?
